Technology Simplified — Solutions That Work
Smartphone Photography Masterclass Certificate
Review the evidence requirements, check your readiness and prepare a certificate request for formal ITIAN verification.
What the Certificate Recognises
Intentional capture
Control of focus, exposure, light, composition, lenses, timing and safe field practice.
Responsible editing
App-appropriate, non-destructive and restrained decisions across mobile, Lightroom, Photoshop and AI-assisted workflows.
Professional responsibility
Authorship, consent, privacy, cultural care, disclosure, backup, accessibility and publication standards.
Visual communication
A coherent twelve-image portfolio, creative statement, captions, technical notes and evidence-based reflection.
Certificate Readiness Requirements
A certificate request should be prepared only when every mandatory item is complete.
Course pathway
All nineteen modules have been worked through, including the relevant practical exercises and module checks.
Final portfolio
Twelve final photographs, sequence, 200–300 word creative statement, twelve captions and four technical notes are complete.
Knowledge assessment
The twenty-question Assessment Centre result meets the current 80% knowledge-readiness benchmark and missed topics have been reviewed.
Practical evidence
Capture, editing, ethics, storytelling, accessibility, file organisation and verified backup evidence are available.
Mandatory safeguards
There are no unresolved safety, authorship, consent, privacy, cultural, copyright or authenticity issues.
Submission integrity
The applicant confirms the work and evidence are genuine, accurate and primarily their own smartphone photography.
ITIAN review
The supplied evidence is checked through the approved process and any requested correction is completed.
Issued record
A certificate becomes valid only when ITIAN assigns the official certificate number, issue date and verified status.
No score can override a mandatory issue
Unresolved consent, safety, authorship, cultural, privacy or authenticity problems must be corrected even when the assessment and portfolio scores are high.
Three Certificate States
1. Not ready
Portfolio, assessment, documents, permissions, backups or revisions are incomplete. Return to the relevant module before applying.
2. Ready to request verification
All learner-side requirements are complete and a request summary can be submitted through the approved ITIAN process.
3. Formally issued
ITIAN has verified the evidence and assigned an official certificate number, issue date and status.

Prepare a Certificate Request Summary
This local form does not upload, email or save personal information. It creates text you can copy into the approved ITIAN submission process.
What Happens After a Request
1. Completeness check
Confirm the request identifies the learner, portfolio and required evidence without exposing sensitive access details.
2. Evidence review
Review portfolio, documents, assessment, authorship, safeguards and practical completion according to the current process.
3. Corrections if needed
The learner may be asked to replace a file, clarify a caption, resolve permission, revise evidence or retake an assessment topic.
4. Official issuance
After approval, ITIAN assigns the certificate number, issue date and verified status and provides the official certificate.
Official Certificate Record
| Record field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Learner display name | Matches the verified name requested for the certificate. |
| Course title and version | Identifies the completed Smartphone Photography Masterclass pathway. |
| Issue date | Records when formal verification and issuance were completed. |
| Unique certificate number | Distinguishes the issued credential from samples and other certificates. |
| Verification status | Shows whether the certificate is active, replaced, corrected or otherwise updated. |
| Evidence reference | Links the administrative record to the reviewed submission without publishing sensitive files. |
Do not invent a certificate number
Only the approved ITIAN issuance process can create a valid number and verified record. A copied preview, edited screenshot or browser-generated summary is not a credential.
Corrections, Replacement and Privacy
Name correction
Contact support with the certificate number and correction request. Do not publish identity documents in a public form.
Lost certificate
Request a replacement through the approved process so the record remains connected to the same verified achievement.
Privacy request
Ask how certificate records, public verification and evidence retention are handled before submitting sensitive information.
Status question
Use the official certificate number when asking whether an issued certificate is active or has been replaced.
Certificate Request Checklist
Reserved for the final branded certificate generated through the approved verification process.
