Common Problems
The Bookings option is missing
Booking features depend on the business category, location and provider availability. Confirm that the profile is verified, the primary category is accurate and you are signed in with an account that manages the profile.
The booking link does not appear immediately
Profile changes may take time to publish. Check that the address is complete and valid, wait for Google to process the edit, and test the public profile again later.
The link opens the wrong page
Edit the booking option and replace it with the direct address for your booking page. Avoid linking to a general home page if customers still need to search for the booking form.
An unwanted provider appears on the profile
Third-party integrations are generally managed by the provider. Use the removal instructions shown in the Bookings area and contact the provider if necessary.
