ITIAN ChatGPT Academy
Technology Simplified — Solutions That Work
Build Your Complete Project Workspace
Apply every Module 4 skill by creating a purposeful, safe and maintainable ChatGPT Project that you can confidently resume, review and—if appropriate—share.
Capstone Outcomes
This is your opportunity to prove that the Project works as a complete system—not merely that its name and colour have been selected.
Build
Create a complete Project workspace.
Verify
Test instructions, sources and context.
Document
Record decisions and evidence.
Maintain
Set next actions and review rhythm.
Choose a real but low-risk Project
Good capstone choices include planning a learning course, organising a public photography series, preparing a personal study plan or building a non-confidential website section. Do not use credentials, private client records, health information or material you are not authorised to upload.
Required Deliverables
Project brief
Name, purpose, owner, boundaries and intended result.
Memory decision
Recorded choice, reason, prerequisites and fictional boundary tests.
Project instructions
Purpose, audience, workflow, quality, uncertainty and privacy rules.
Safe source set
Two or three authorised sources with register entries and retrieval tests.
Focused chats
At least three meaningfully named chats for different workstreams.
Decision record
One approved choice with date, owner, reason and impact.
Maintenance plan
Review rhythm, milestone, acceptance test and next action.
Sharing audit
Required only if sharing is proposed; otherwise record “private Project”.
Evidence summary
Checklist and rubric showing what was tested and what remains to improve.

Eight-Step Capstone Build
Define
Write the Project purpose, outcome, owner, boundary and success measure.
Create
Confirm account/workspace, choose a clear name, icon, colour and memory mode.
Instruct
Add concise Project instructions and test them in a fresh chat.
Source
Add the smallest authorised source set, register it and verify retrieval.
Organise
Create at least three focused chats with meaningful searchable titles.
Record
Capture one approved decision and a current-status summary.
Test
Run instruction, source, context, privacy and resumption tests.
Maintain
Set review rhythm, milestone, acceptance test and next action.
Five automatic stop conditions
- You do not have permission to upload or share the material.
- The Project contains passwords, API keys, recovery codes or unnecessary sensitive data.
- The memory boundary or workspace identity is unclear.
- Two authoritative sources conflict and no responsible owner has resolved them.
- Sharing is proposed before every member-visible chat, file and instruction has been reviewed.
Stop, remove the risk and seek the appropriate decision before proceeding. A capstone is not passed by ignoring a safety failure.

1. Purpose and boundary
2. Instructions and memory
3. Sources and verification
4. Organisation and decisions
5. Safety and maintenance
