Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Microsoft365.com or the Microsoft 365 Copilot app and confirm you are using the intended account.
  2. Run an accessibility check on a practice file.
  3. Pause and check permissions, filenames, recipients, dates or settings that affect the task.
  4. Test the result: identify and correct at least one barrier.
  5. Confirm the account, app and storage location you used, then note any difference from the screenshots or labels described.
