Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Outlook Mail, Calendar or People as directed and confirm you are using the intended account.
  2. Add a recurring focus block with the correct time zone.
  3. Pause and check permissions, filenames, recipients, dates or settings that affect the task.
  4. Test the result: view and edit the event without duplicating it.
